Glazer acquires two beer wholesalers
Glazer’s Distributors a Texas-based distributor of alcoholic beverages, has acquired Harbor Distributing, the MillerCoors distributorship in Little Rock, Arkansas and G & G Distributing, a MillerCoors distributor based in Shreveport, Louisiana.
The combined houses will total about 20 million cases of beer per year in sales.
At present, Glazer’s has operations in 11 states, and distributes wine, spirits and malt products. The company has operations in Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas.
