Craft Maltsters Guild Announces Dates and Location for 2023 Annual Conference
The Craft Maltsters Guild has announced that that the 6th Annual Craft Malt Conference will be held March 16-18, 2023 in Portland, Maine. The event will mark the guild’s tenth anniversary.
The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn By the Bay Hotel & Convention Center and include expect tours, educational seminars, receptions, a trade show, and networking sessions. It is the only conference that offers workshops and seminars specifically focused on the research, topics, and best practices relevant to the craft malt supply chain. In 2023, both in-person and virtual registration options will be offered.
Pureé Arête is the only domestically produced line of fruit purées created with a true European influence. There is no sugar added in any of our purees and concentrates for brewing
“Celebrating a decade is extra special for us, so understandably we are excited to get the craft malt community back together to celebrate! This will be the first time many from our community have been in person together since 2020,” says Jesse Bussard, Guild Executive Director. “In 2023, we are also happy to continue to make craft malt education accessible to everyone by offering a virtual conference registration option to allow those unable to travel to Maine to tune into the live, in-person educational offerings.”
The guild is offering a scholarship program for the 2023 conference that is intended to provide educational opportunities to individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, and disabilities. Scholarship details here.
Early Bird registration is now open with discounted rates until January 15, 2023. Registration and event details here.
