California to Fully Reopen Economy by June 15th
California health officials announced today that the state will fully “reopen the economy” by June 15th. The largest beer market in the country will still have capacity restrictions in place, but bars will be able to open indoors across the state along with limited indoor events.
California has more craft breweries than any other state with about 1,050 total operating craft breweries and is #1 in the economic impact of its beer industry, generating $7.345 billion in 2018.
