Big Ditch Brewing in Buffalo New York is not letting a pandemic or deep recession slow their plans to grow. The company just received $1.9 million in tax breaks from the Erie County Industrial Development Agency to move forward with a new facility in nearby Cheektowaga that will have a 50,000 barrel capacity brewery, a taproom and dining area.
