BAA President Daniel Bradford Recognized for Industry Service

Brewers’ Association of America President Daniel Bradford recently received the National Beer Wholesaler Association’s Industry Service Award at the NBWA’s Annual Convention and Trade Show held in Las Vegas. “I’m honored by this recognition that America’s small brewers have become fully engaged in today’s industry issues,” said Bradford. “Joining with our industry colleagues to fight common threats, or sitting at the same table to resolve long-standing issues, the small brewing industry has clearly come of age.” The NBWA Industry Service Award is given annually to individuals, businesses, foundations, elected officials and others who have a proven record of promoting a positive image for the beer industry, and have made a contribution that enhances the entire industry on a state and/or national basis. “This award acknowledges Daniel’s notable contributions to core industry issues over his three years at the helm of the BAA,” remarked NBWA President David Rehr. “Congratulations, Daniel, for raising the visibility and effectiveness of the Brewers Association of America to a whole new level.” Two other 2003 NBWA Industry Service recipients also joined
Bradford: Minnesota Beer Wholesalers Association Inc. President Carole Basil and Oregon Beer and Wine Distributors Association Inc. Executive Director Paul Romain.
