BA Releases ‘Code of Conduct’ for Membership

The Brewers Association Board of Directors has approved a new Code of Conduct for the association, a move to help foster “a diverse and collegial community within the craft brewing universe,” according to a BA statement.  The BA also intends to create a member complaint process “to hold our peers accountable for unacceptable behavior while pursuing an educational path forward that leads to a more inclusive and respectful craft beer community,” the statement said.

The BA Governance Committee is now developing the complaint process for review by the full board, and subsequently the membership, in the coming weeks.

The Code of Conduct can be seen here.
