News AB Buys Sixth Craft Brewery

Anheuser-Busch InBev announced today that it is buying Four Peaks Brewing Co. of Arizona.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
Four Peaks is a 70,000 bbl/year brewery and is Arizona’s largest brewery and brewpub operator. It was founded in 1996. The brewery has two locations in addition to the main package plant, including an outlet at Sky Harbor Airport.
Four Peaks is the sixth brewery that ABInBev has recently purchased which includes Goose Island Beer Co., 10 Barrel Brewing, Blue Point Brewing Company, Elysian Brewing Company and Golden Road Brewing.
The acquisition includes three locations: Four Peaks’ 8th Street Brewery & Pub and the Wilson Street Brewery & Tasting Room, both in Tempe, and the Grill and Tap in Scottsdale, in addition to a location at the Sky Harbor Airport facility
