Compared to even the subtle and delicate flavor profile of an authentic Pilsner style lager (let alone a robust IPA), hard seltzers, well, just don’t really taste. Maybe the distant flavor of a fruit, but that is about as complex of a flavor profile this new prolific beverage gets.
