News Pittsburg Brewing Begins Brewing In-House at New Brewing Facility

After 12 years of contract brewing, Pittsburgh Brewing Co. has fired up its new brewery in Creighton, Pa. and is back to brewing beers such as Iron City, IC Light and IC Mango independently in-house.

The facility will produce 150,000 barrels per year immediately and ultimately be capable of producing 750,000 barrels per year.

Pittsburgh Brewing’s new brewery is situated on a 42-acre property with a 150,000-square-foot brewing facility and has 100 BBL brewing tanks, 500 BBL fermenters and bright beer tanks and a filling and packaging plant along with retail space.
