The Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act was enacted today after being signed by the president. The bill, which was passed in the Senate by unanimous consent on Wednesday will address many concerns that craft brewers have had with the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness requirements. The Brewers Association found in a recent impact survey that more than 80% of brewers who responded indicate having received a PPP loan.
