We are looking into bottle coders. There are many types available. I'm looking to get feedback on what you are using and why.

I do realize the price difference between Laser and Ink.

We've been using a Domino A100 InkJet printer for 8 years. It works fine, although it serves to have good backup during the startup if it decides to play tricks on you. When that happens, the hacksaw and the pre-printed dates seems like little hazzle.
After a while we've managed to squeeze out the good bits from the servicing guys so nowadays we can solve most problems with a phone call and our own hands.
