Hi all,

I'm currently looking at different sites to locate my brewery, and due to a modest amount of startup funds, I'm trying to find one that already has trenched floor drains installed, like a previous auto repair shop. I'm trying to avoid the expense of paying an architect, paying a contractor, and paying the city / water district to put in appropriate flooring. I haven't had any luck finding any spots with the drains that a brewery would need, but I have found a few places with a single floor sink.

I'm wondering whether there's a type of flooring I could put down to protect the concrete, create a slope, and divert water to the single drain? Does this sound feasible, or should I go back to the drawing board? Thanks for your help.
