Leasing Advise

I'm begining a location search in the next couple weeks for our brewpub. I've done my homework on leasing but wanted to know if anyone has advise to share through their own experience.

Interview, choose, and "hire" a tenant rep. I say "hire" because you don't actually pay this person, they get a comission paid for by the property owner.

The tenant rep will save you on your lease rate, get you more allowances, and make sure you get a lease that works best for you.
