Sampling of online beer samples

Hi all, just a quick question. I would like to know what are the techniques that you use for your online beer sampling? Currently i used autoclavable glass bottles attached with neddle head to take samples from diagram/membrane fixed to pipe/tank. I found that this is not the best way as the pressure build inside the bottles during sampling tend to push out the foamy beer from the needles. this had created me a serious problem of microbiological contamination. hm so pressure is build up during sample taking?

Do I understand you right, that you only have one needle going inside the bottle and no second needle beside it, to release the pressure ? That needle head is not out of rubber, when you can put in as much needles as you need ?
