Bottles? Where can I get them?

My partners and I are starting a beer company, with a contract brewer. We are looking for places in which we can find labels, bottle caps, bottles, and packaging. We would like to contract out to different people to do these things because we feel that we can get a better price. Do you think that is true? Also, does anyone know if it is possible to get a black glass beer bottle? We have an artist who is working for us, so the artwork is done we would just need it to be printed on these certain caps, bottles, boxes, and carriers. If anyone knows of anyone who does this or the best way to go about it, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot
