selling on-line

Hello everyone,
Just trying to find out what I need to know about selling beer on-line.
For example:
What permits do I need to have?
Do I need a liquor license?
Is there a site that provides all this info?

Check with your state or provincial authorities for the regs in your area. You will also want to talk with an attorny about creating language regarding selling/delivering to minors. I ordered beer from an online retailer and they have language that addresses this issue.

Other than that I would look carefully at packaging to insure that nothing will be damaged upon arrival.
