150 liter unitanks

I´m willing to build 150 liter unitanks. I already gathered a lot of information on its construction, but some things are missing:
1º- Is the glycol pumped through the jacket or does it flow by convection?
2º- If it is pumped, how do I know the speed in which it is done?

Most glycol systems are pumped, I would make the jacket to suit a pressure rating rather than volume. Use the highest pressure you can get through your jackets so that you have a desent pump range to choose from.
