I think the price is likely spot on.

When all is said and done, that's right about what our project will cost for a brewery of the same size. Buying a brewery that is already built and running will save a metric shit ton of time and effort. I haven't seen my wife or kids in 18 months. If I knew then what I know now I may have considered buying an existing business. That said, building it myself and having it exactly the way i want it has been very satisfying.
