Brights and CCV manufactured to German contractor's specs by local Co. (Viatec, Charlevoix, MI, who normally manufactured process systems for the pharmaceutical and Chemical industries here in MI) In 1995. All tanks come ready to connect and use. Fermenter in great shape, rated to 2 Bar. Brights also near mint and carbonate under pressure at 3-3.2 bar (no carb stone).
All four tanks are built to handle MUCH more rigorous use and to much more exacting tolerances than needed, thanks to the comissioning brewmasters ability to afford whatever he wanted. Now we need to move them to make room for larger vessels. We are sad to see our bombproof 20bbls go.
