Looking for an experienced brewer to handle the daily tasks required for running a 30bbl production brewery with 5000 bbl capacity and room for lots of growth. Experience is a must. This is a hands on brewing position that covers all areas of the brewery-Wort production, filtering, packaging and all the other necessary duties to produce excellent craft beers. We recently opened our new facility after a couple year hiatus from the brewing scene(darn building retrofit!!). This position is available immediately and salary will be dependent on experience.

Please email resumes to jj@ejphair.com. Thanks!

Hello,
I am a very experienced brewer for hire. I am currently working as a chef managing a staff of ten. I would rather be brewing. I have attached my resume for your consideration. I hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks,
Rich

I'm assuming it's EJ Phair's new Pittsburg (http://www.ejphair.com/EJ_Phair_Brewing_Company/Brewery.html) facility which is now up and running.
