Looking for a smallish, easy, and hassle-free way to start up your space for your first few years of brewing?
A talented and passionate team of craft brewing vets is opening a brewery in LA. We have leased a small campus of buildings, each with a dedicated purpose. The buildings are located at the busy corridor of the 5 and 134, by the LA Zoo, Los Feliz, and Silver Lake.
In one of the buildings, we will set aside a space of 5,000 sq ft with the intention of leasing this space to a start-up brewery for 3 years. This area will be licensed and permitted, and ready for use by the right tenant!
