Does anyone know of companies that make taster trays? Ive seen the standard paddles but would like something more unique.

gotta tell ya, years ago, my wife and I were looking at a building next to the Beaumont Hotel, and were thinking of turning it into a brewery. Always thought Ouray would be a grand place to soak grains! Good for you! Next time we're in our favorite honeymoon haunt, we'll stop in to your brewery!

WOW! Ridgeway, Silverton and now Ouray. That area has come a LONG way since my family was vacationing at our home on Log Hill Mesa in the late 70s and early 80s!
