Hello all...I have recently been approved by my zoning board to take the big leap into becoming nano-brewery owner:D . I live in a fairly rural area and because of this I am using a septic system.

The brewery will be located in a barn that is on the property. I'm running into a small, I hope, problem and that is where do I drain the brewery too? I've been searching the net and I have found everything imaginable and I'm very confused. I really don't want to tie it into the septic tank because I don't think the cleaning solutions will be beneficial at all for other critters in the tank. So, what do I do with it, drain it into the soil? dilute it then drain it into the septic system? Put it into water balloons and...

By the way the brewery will be between 1.5bbls and 3.5bbls. Thanks for the help.

Look for previous threads on this.
Imagine what you are planning is about like what your kitchen sends down the drain every day.
Best not to mix with your house tank if possible.

and all this will be dependent on the state you plan to open in. every state has a different set of rules governing where, what and how you can dispose of your wastewater. if you are lucky enough to live in a state that has a GREYWATER designation, you can probably just use a leach field with only a small sediment tank and screen system.
if you live in Alabama, and dont have access to a public sewer system, you either have to put in a HUGE engineer designed septic system or above ground tanks and have them emptied every so often by a company that can legally haul it off and dump it into the public sewer system......
