WHOA! You local good print shop can make them-all one needs is the die to cut the circles out at about $75, (and you can share it with another brewer.) Keep your money local and trade for beer. Plastic collars are trickier to find.
If you want multiple brands, print them all on the same sheet for a huge savings over multiple print runs.
