does anyone know what the calculation is to figure out the volume in beer at a certain temp and psi?

I assume you actually mean "what is the volume of CO2 dissolved in beer , given specified top pressure and temperatures".

There is a chart of CO2 temperatures and pressures plus some other info on gassing up beers
