Harvest Party Ideas?

We are thinking of doing a Harvest party this year at the brewery for the first time. But we want to be creative with what we do. Besides maybe the obvious of apple bobbing, and such, what cool things has your brewery done for Harvest Parties in the past?

Combining this with Halloween or Thanksgiving probably makes it more marketable than a Harvest Party. I suppose the easiest way is to get/release a pumpkin beer, which seems to have become a standard seasonal for many breweries.
