Gee, seems to me that an engineering student would want to build a 3 vessel, all grain, gravity fed brewing system. Very easy to build for a 5 gallon system.

Basics are a platform
2 ss beer kegs, one for HLT and other for Boiling kettle
1 5 gallon cylindrical Gott Cooler
Valves and tubing to hook up

Recipes? They are all over the net. Look at BYO.com for some great 5 gallon recipes. Both all grain, partial grain and extract.

If this seems too hard, then just buy a pre-hopped can of extract or two. For this, all you have to do is open cans, pour and boil.

Good luck.

This should of been under the subject of "general information."

Where might one find some more information on building a three vessel gravity fed all grain brewing system?

The reason i didnt consider this is because i didn't know it existed. But I would really like to look into it if someone can guie me in the directon of the basic set up.

Thanks for the new idea.

Steve

Go to "brewery.org" and look in their library. Multiple choices for you to choose from.

If you do build one, be sure to post back on what you built.
