Has anyone taken the Seibel online course???? With 4 years of all grain brewing experience, how in-depth is the course? I am concerned that the $3000 price tag may just "go over" what I have already read in many books and learned in forums over the years.
Any details of the course would be great- pros, cons. I also may give them a call and see what they have to say. Theres always something new to learn, I'm not knocking that, but the $$$ a little high :(
