Client Track Software

Does anyone have a good software program that tracks clients for breweries that self distribute. Excel just isn't cutting it.

I am looking for something that I can take a running log of notes in, input when we made deliveries and what they took, and have some sort of alarm pop up when I need to call them (or stop in) to check in.
