So I have found these tee's at GW Kent (http://breweryparts.com/category.asp?category_id=144&market_id=2)
The "branch" part of the tee is too long for what we need.
We need a "branch" section that barley rises up out of the "trunk" part of the tee piece where we can clamp our TC thermometer with an approx 1"1/2 long stem to keep track of temp at knock out.
We would need the same piece downstream for JVNW's Oxy Carb Tee Assembly (http://parts.jvnw.com/)
Any links or ideas for ready to go purchase? Ive got emails off to JVNW and GW Kent for quotes on custom prices.
