Hi All,
I need oil for my DE metering (dosing) pump. I was instructed by Prospero Equipment to acquire '30 weight food grade oil.' After lots of internet searching, I am having trouble finding it in quantities less than 5 gallons, which would costs hundreds of dollars and last a lifetime. Does anyone know of anywhere I can purchase a small quantity of the appropriate oil? Does anyone know if the 30 weight food grade oil is the correct oil, as Prospero didn't seem 100% certain? Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Jason

Found gallon size for about $36 in several grades. ISO 100/150 is 30 weight equivalent. Cheers,

Thanks. I looked at McMaster, but guess I didn't look hard enough!

Here's a company with great products. I've used a few things they make,,,superb quality. The BPL they make is light years ahead of WD40 and lasts a very long time.

About every petroleum based product can be replaced with a bio-based product from RLI.

I don't work for them,,I just vote with my $$.
