What is the best software for a brewery: Pro-mash, Master Brewer's Toolbox or other?
Thank you for your continued support.

I've used ProMash for years to check my math. I just watched the demo for MB Toolbox, looks pretty slick.

There's nothing perfect as far as I know, but I'm a big fan of Beersmith. Does the same stuff as Promash more-or-less but IMHO is much easier to use.
I use it for recipe formulation, raw material inventory, alcohol estimates, etc.

Hey Guys,
I am from Orchestra, the developer of OrchestratedBeer. I wanted to let everyone know that an accounting package designed specifically for craft and micro-breweries already exists with OrchestratedBeer. Although it is built on SAP, it is still affordable for craft and micro-breweries because it is built on the small and midsized SAP product, called SAP Business One.
We are also having a free webinar this Wednesday at 1pm (PDT), called "A Centralized System for Running a Brewery!" You are all invited to participate. We will be discussing the larger picture of running a centralized accounting package in a brewery. Below is the link to sign up.

Also, I have outlined some of features of OrchestratedBeer below.
*Production and Inventory- The production module follows the TTB, Brewer's Report of Operations. Automatically decreases raw materials and increases finished goods with each production run. Also includes brewer's lab logs.
*Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)- The MRP wizard allows for the planning of your beer production. It will automatically create a purchase order for your planned production if enough raw materials do not exist.
*Centralized Accounting- All brewery processes, from production to sales, are recorded in the centralized database for robust accounting and reporting capabilities. Budgeting and cash flow management that reflects the entire brewery.
*Business Reporting/TTB Reporting- Because this is a real-time accounting package, your reporting is always up to date and accurate. Built in TTB reports (f51309 and f500024). Generate your TTB reports by clicking a button.
*Sales Opportunities/CRM- Manage your sales opportunities and existing customer sales by tracking your progress in the sales cycle. By tracking your sales cycle you can plan for production so that you can fulfill orders when the deal closes.

Cheers!
Does OrchestratedBeer do recipe formulation as well?
