Wondering if anyone puts a torque wrench on the nut atop the plates in a horizontal leaf filter to avoid over/under tightening. I recently stripped the nut, suggesting I've been over-tightening.
I called Scott Labs to ask how much torque I ought to be putting on it and they said it should be "tight". Real helpful. Most things have a torque rating -- do leaf filters?
