Anyone out there have a resource they can refer me to for beginning stages of the licensing process?
Currently - hobbyist, looking to increase production. Have some capital and some investor $, but before I spend a dime on more equipment - I want to make sure I go about the whole thing legally.
Anyone out here been down this road in Oregon and can refer me to a resource?
