Stay in Their Seats Longer?

In a recent interview with Pete Coors in the online edition of the Denver Post, Pete said that on-premise customers “…stay in their seats an average of 18 minutes longer when they have a light premium beer on tap. That means they are spending more money, leaving bigger tips.”


Go figure how they researched the market to come up with that data. Bottom line, it just doesn’t sound right.
