Stupid Stuff All Brewers Should Know But Often Don't

Introduction My start in the brewing industry began with a professor's suggestion when I was in college studying Biotechnology. No one, especially me, knew I had found my future when I accepted an internship at Moosejaw Pizza & Dells Brewing Co. in 2002. My past knowledge of science, and scientific procedure meshed perfectly with my passion for brewing craft beer. Driven to expand my knowledge of craft beer I took the MBAA Brewing and Malting course in 2005 and soon became the first female brewmaster in the cheese head state.
