How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Briess Industries, Inc.'s "Have a Ball at Briess™" begins on April 12, 2006, and ends on August 12, 2006. To enter: a) visit www.probrewer.com, fill in the online entry form and submit it as directed; or b) hand print your name, employer's name and complete address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted), age, telephone number, email address and your favorite Briess roasted malt and mail it to Briess Industries, Inc., Have a Ball at Briess™ Contest, PO Box 229, Chilton, WI 53014. All online entries must be received by midnight on August 12, 2006, and all mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 12, 2006, and received by August 19, 2006. Only one entry online and mail-in address per month. Limit one entry per envelope. All entries submitted become the sole property of Briess Industries, Inc. and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and sponsor's decisions, which shall be final.

Eligibility: To enter you must bean owner or employee directly involved in the production of beer at an ATF licensed brewery in the 50 United States, a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be at least 21 years of age or older.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) and a co-worker meeting the eligibility requirements will win the following: A three (3) day, two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Chilton, Wisconsin, that will include the following: (i) round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and winner’s guest from major airport closest to winner's residence to Milwaukee, Wisconsin; (ii) ground transportation to and from the airport to the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin (room rate and tax only); (iv) all meals; (v) one (1) full day of touring and participating in the production of a roasted malt* in a K-Ball Roaster at the Briess Industries, Inc. malthouse in Chilton, Wisconsin; (vi) the right to select, in advance, the type of roasted malt that the Winner and a guest will help produce and the right to name, in advance, the roasted malt*, with the name being approved by Briess Industries, Inc.; (vii)) a selection of a local activity (i.e., Brewers' Game, racing event at Elkhart Lake race track, etc); (viii) Sufficient Briess malt, including the roasted malt produced as part of the prize package, to brew one batch of beer at the Winner's place of employment (amount to be determined based upon size of place of employment). Accommodations and air transportation are subject to availability and blackout periods and other restrictions may apply as dictated by Sponsor, airline, and/or hotel. Winner’s travel must be completed by July 31, 2007, and must be arranged by the sponsor a minimum of 60 days in advance and is subject to availability. All travel dates and elements of the Grand Prize are subject to Sponsor’s approval. If Winner is unable to fulfill Grand Prize during time period, Winner forfeits the Grand Prize. All expenses not listed as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual Winner. Winner and guest must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city.

Drawing and Notification: The Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about August 31, 2006, by Briess Industries, Inc. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Winner will be notified by phone, email and/or mail. If a potential Winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected.

Prize Conditions: The potential Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release. Travel companion of potential Winner must be at least 21 years of age and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release. All documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If potential Winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected. The Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Briess Industries, Inc. to use said named roasted malt, Winner's and his/her travel companion's name, place of employment, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state address and name chose for malt on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Limitations of Liability: Winner and entrants and Winner's travel companion(s) also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Briess Industries, Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation in this contest. Briess Industries, Inc. and probrewer.com are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete online entries due to system errors, failures or any technical malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair play practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
